Responsible for building a point of view on training topics, sourcing and creating Campfire session content, and delivering that content in a way that maintains a high-quality experience.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Researching training topics by exploring various external resources, including books, articles, videos, and other reputable content.
- Synthesizing that research to identify the 1-2 most important pieces of information to focus on in our sessions.
- Building, testing, and improving session content
- Collaborating with other members of the Campfire team to scale content creation and delivery.
- Personally facilitating Campfire sessions and growing and developing our bench of facilitators.
- Working with the Campfire team to develop an effective facilitator onboarding, training, and review process.
- Analyzing, maintaining, and improving Campfire session metrics, including engagement, usage, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience facilitating discussions or learning groups is ideal
- Experience in copywriting or other forms of content creation, whether for training, marketing, etc.
- Strong execution skills and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Has an energetic and engaging personality that can bring energy to Campfire sessions
- Has a go-getter personality and does not procrastinate task completion but, rather, works hard to get ahead of deadlines and exceed expectations
- Has an innate desire to learn and (a foundational knowledge of books and resources is a plus)
