Responsibilities: 

• Researching training topics by exploring various external resources, including books, articles, videos, and other reputable content. 
• Synthesizing that research to identify the 1-2 most important pieces of information to focus on in our sessions. 
• Building, testing, and improving session content 
• Collaborating with other members of the Campfire team to scale content creation and delivery.
• Personally facilitating Campfire sessions and growing and developing our bench of facilitators. 
• Working with the Campfire team to develop an effective facilitator onboarding, training, and review process.
• Analyzing, maintaining, and improving Campfire session metrics, including engagement, usage, and satisfaction. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience facilitating discussions or learning groups is ideal
• Experience in copywriting or other forms of content creation, whether for training, marketing, etc.
• Strong execution skills and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Has an energetic and engaging personality that can bring energy to Campfire sessions
• Has a go-getter personality and does not procrastinate task completion but, rather, works hard to get ahead of deadlines and exceed expectations
• Has an innate desire to learn and (a foundational knowledge of books and resources is a plus)
