Position Summary

Haven of Ridgeview is seeking a compassionate and reliable Dietary Aide . In this role, you will help create a positive dining experience for residents by preparing, serving, and maintaining high standards of food service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a timely, professional manner

• Ensure food is presented attractively and meets dietary guidelines

• Set up trays, carts, and dining areas

• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning

• Prepare and distribute snacks

• Follow portion control and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Must be available weekends and some holidays

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Good customer service skills

• Food service or healthcare experience preferred
