Our Role

Primarily responsible for office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects including data and document control and other admin-related duties on a professional level.

  • Monitoring and recording of utility billing statements of the company

  • Organizing travel and accommodation requests of employees and visitors

  • Monitors preventive maintenance activities in the office including but not limited to aircon cleaning and pest control

  • Keeping inventory of office equipment and maintaining minimum stock levels

  • Support in business permit renewals and other documentary compliance obligations

  • Maintain records of fixed assets, including non-life insurance

  • Assist in maintaining the document control procedure of the company such as enrollment, retention, and obsoletion

  • Assist in the conduct of internal and external audits related to Integrated Management System.

  • Support the implementation of all the requirements of Integrated Management System

  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

 

The successful candidate will have a qualification of BS Business Administration/ Management/ Office Administration or equivalent. Prior experience in data and document control is desirable but not required. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
