Job Summary: We are seeking a detail oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support data driven decision making and ensure compliance with CMCC 1 standards. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, leveraging advanced analytics, reporting tools, and AI technologies to drive operational efficiency and compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Ensure ongoing management and adherence to CMCC 1 compliance requirements, including documentation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to support leadership insights.
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 suite, including SharePoint and Dynamics, to manage workflows, documentation, and collaboration.
• Perform advanced data analysis and modeling using Excel for proposal price estimates.
• Integrate and apply AI tools to enhance data analysis, forecasting, and process automation.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and user training initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of CMCC 1 compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Dynamics, Excel).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience working with AI tools and technologies to support business analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
