What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy services under the direction of a PT

• Help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence

• Carry out individualized treatment plans in a SNF/LTC setting

• Document progress and treatments using Net Health

• Collaborate with an awesome interdisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Pennsylvania

• Indirect license preferred

• SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Someone who brings good vibes and great care to the workplace
