About you

You are an innovative, process‑driven individual who’s passionate about using technology — including automation and AI — to optimise inbound lead management. You’re excited about experimenting with new methods, improving workflows, and making a real impact on pipeline generation.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Own and triage 100% of inbound lead flow, ensuring rapid response and qualification.

  • Implement and optimise automated/agentic triage systems to streamline lead handling processes.

  • Make quick, data‑driven decisions on lead routing and prioritisation to the right teams.

  • Monitor SLA compliance and collaborate closely with Pipeline Orchestrators for smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Experience in lead management, customer service, or marketing operations.

  • Experience implementing automated workflows.

  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and buyer journey mapping.
