To support our growth, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager. You will help support all sales activities primarily in Ontario with focus on the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and South-Western Ontario.

Key responsibilities
You will
- Ensure sales growth by developing new business through sales leads, new customer prospecting & existing accounts
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and Piab Group.
- Resolve client issues and complaints
- Anticipate account changes and improvements
- Manage communications between clients and internal teams
- Strategic planning to improve client results
- Negotiate contracts with clients and establishing a timeline of performance
Key interfaces
You will work out of your home office with frequent day travel throughout the GTA and South-Western Ontario. Travel to our office in Markham, Ontario as needed. You are ideally located in Mississauga or Brampton.
In this role, you are required to act accordingly to the Piab Code of Conduct and know and follow the Piab values, mission, and routines.
Skills and abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently out of a home-based office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentation and sales skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Extensive travel within the territory is required.
Experience and educational background
- Minimum of 3 years of successful industrial sales or business development within an industrial product line
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, engineering, or relevant field
