Shipping & Receiving Coordinator 

2nd Shift

15% Shift Premium

3:00PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of all shipping requirements for each customer both international and domestic.
  • Communicate any issues with Sales Orders or shipments to Materials Supervisor and Customer Operations. 
  • Understanding of packaging requirements for all FG items.
  • Complete understanding of label ordering processes for all customers.
  • Assist in providing Buyer information on reordering packaging supplies and IFU’s.
  • Create PO’s for Outside Service Providers
  • Assists with loading and unloading trucks for incoming and outgoing material.
  • Deliveries with company van

 Requirements

 Education/Certification

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver's License

Experience

5 – 7 years of experience or 0 – 2 years’ experience with Associate’s degree.

 Skills/Competencies

  • Above average computer skills. 
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management. 
  • Good driving record
