What do we promise?

  • A chance to be on the leading edge of cybersecurity and AI

  • An opportunity to build and lead a critical function from the ground up

  • Ability to have direct impact on company growth and revenue strategy

  • A collaborative and high-growth environment where you will work very closely with executive leadership and your expertise will be valued

About the Role:

Location: Albuquerque, NM (on-site or within commuting distance required).

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead key product initiatives that drive customer value and business growth. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong mix of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and product strategy. You will own the product roadmap for complex, high-impact features and work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key domain or product area — from ideation and customer discovery to launch and iteration.

  • Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a bold product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Translate business and customer needs into a clear product roadmap.

  • Execution & Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product plans, deliver quality features on time, and iterate based on user feedback.

  • Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand customer problems through user research, analytics, and customer feedback. Use insights to inform decisions and build impactful products.

  • Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a product thought leader and mentor within the product team. Help elevate the craft of product management across the organization.

  • Metrics & Outcomes: Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously optimize for customer and business impact.

Requirements

  • Must be local to or within a reasonable commuting distance to Albuquerque, NM.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience in a Product Manager or equivalent role

  • Proven success in leading product initiatives at scale in SaaS, B2B, or platform environments

  • Experience in cybersecurity or tech industry

  • Strong technical fluency — able to partner effectively with engineering teams

  • Experience with data analysis and leveraging metrics to drive decisions

  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments (preferred)

  • Thorough understanding of emerging technologies like GenAI and LLM in cybersecurity contexts.

  • Familiarity with applying regulatory frameworks to product design and requirements

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution

  • Passion for building intuitive, customer-centric products

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Culture-Forward Building with AI: What We Expect

Securin is committed to becoming an AI-native organization where GenAI is embedded into how every team works - not just as an occasional assistant, but as a core part of delivery, operations, and how our expertise compounds over time. We expect every employee to actively integrate GenAI tools into daily workflows - automating routine tasks, accelerating research and analysis, drafting documents, and building reusable AI-powered processes for their function. You should understand the limitations of GenAI (including inaccuracies and data sensitivity boundaries), follow data classification rules, and continuously improve your AI proficiency. As you grow, we expect you to move beyond using GenAI to building with it - designing agent workflows, contributing reusable skills, and helping Securin compound its Proactive Exposure Management expertise faster than any competitor can replicate.
  • Demonstrated ability to use GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for daily work - drafting, research, summarization, data analysis, code generation, or workflow automation as relevant to the role.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI limitations including hallucination risk, context window constraints, and data sensitivity boundaries; ability to validate AI-generated output before acting on it.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques - structuring multi-step instructions, providing context, and iterating on output quality to achieve production-grade results.
  • Comfort with agentic AI workflows - using, designing, or building multi-step AI agents that execute tasks autonomously with human-in-the-loop validation.
  • Awareness of AI security fundamentals - prompt injection risks, data classification rules, sandboxed execution, and responsible handling of sensitive data in AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with connecting GenAI tools to internal data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Ability to contribute reusable AI skills, templates, agent configurations, or automation workflows to a shared repository for team-wide use.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new AI tools as they evolve; participation in AI adoption sprints, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
