  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

THE POSTION:

We�re looking for an Equipment Management Specialist to join our team in Roseville. This role is a key part of ensuring our patients have the right equipment�clean, safe, and delivered on time�so they can thrive at home.

  • Coordinate and schedule equipment deliveries, exchanges, and pickups
  • Track, document, and maintain equipment and accessories
  • Clean and process equipment according to company and manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate with patients, families, and internal teams to resolve equipment-related needs
  • Partner closely with clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Complete audits and support quality and compliance initiatives
  • Manage inventory of equipment parts and accessories
  • Assist with equipment transfers, discontinuations, and donation processes
  • Support on-call coordination for weekend equipment needs

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990. The majority of the clients we serve are age�s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.

We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $20.66 to $22.73 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
