Job Description
The Service team at Hall Automotive is expanding, and we need to add a full-time administrative support assistant to our team. This associate will also assist in providing vehicle pick up and delivery to our service customers. We are looking for someone who can add immediate value. Dealership experience is a plus, customer-service experience is a must!
The hours for this role are 7:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday- no Saturdays! Pay rate is $17/hour.

SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to the assigned management department. Compile and maintain records of the business transactions and office activities of the dealership.
Essential Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Following up as needed with existing service customer for status and updates of their vehicles
- Assist in picking up and delivering cars as needed
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with our customers, communicating services that we offer which our customers may not be aware of
- Prepare and send out departmental reporting
- Compose and prepare routine correspondence.
- Handle special clerical projects as needed.
- Utilize phone, email, software and texting applications to maximize effectiveness of communications with the customer
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic and proactive in dealing with customer concerns
- Professional and friendly at all times
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task efficiently
- Strong computer skills
-Knowledge of automotive industry a plus
- Ability to learn our processes and protocols, and convey same to customers
