Responsibilities 职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As Sr. Engineer you are expected to: Act the major technical lead interacting with cross-functional team on the product requirement. Provide architecture scenarios and steer the team toward an agreed architecture that balance the system. Provide detail architecture design for cleaning products in order to balance functionality, performance, reliability, quality and cost Define clear interfacing specification of the platform components within an agreed product architecture. Lead the EE design projects to ensure the electronic design according to the architectural design. Constantly scouting for new technologies for cleaning products structurally and work closely with Advanced Development team to prove feasibility of the technology from EE system point view. Be a communicative design consultant to align with marketing, BHI technical team, project team TTL on key features and translate them into EE systems specification. Be a expert in the field of MCU, mainboard design, battery technology, motor technology, sensors as well as IoT system Be hands-on in PCBA design including design rules, components selections, manufacturing process. Lead EE project development by working with EE design houses/suppliers and be able to make sure designs are according to specification, on time and at quality. Act as the technical lead in Bissell China (BCN), can lead the technical feasibility study via closely working with team in Bissell US (BHI) on product requirements, propose alternative solutions based on technology maturity, cost of development and production, complete system architecture design with technical resolution proposal on key features, work with project manager for product development plan and supplier risk assessment, lead the engineering team and / or suppliers to complete product development based on feature, schedule, cost. Propose technical roadmap to support key technology leadership of company and can lead implementation into product Qualifications 资格 POSITION REQUIREMENTS As Sr. Engineer you should have: Proven experiences in electronics controls for multi-terminals electronics interfaces – BLDC motors, user interfaces indicators, LED lightings, sensors and batteries. Proven experiences in designing electronics architecture for multi-terminal electronics interfaces. This includes, selection of MCU, selection of different topologies of AC/DC, selection of BMS and selection of motors. All the selections are optimized based on system KPIs that reflecting customer preferred features. Deep knowledges in integration of complex system combining MCU, AC/DC, Battery, UI and motors. Have hands-on experiences on prescribing software requirements and with sufficient software knowledges to review the coding architecture. Deep knowledge in battery pack & charging circuitry design and matching the required specification from system with battery partners. Deep understanding of electronic architecture and design, as the liaison person with design house. Robotic control knowledge and experience is preferred. Good understanding of programing and firmware/software application. Practical experience of various electrical and electronic reliability tests. At least bachelor degree (prefer above) in electric/electronics engineering with least 10 years working experience in the field of consumer electronics, robotics, or industrial control. Worked as electronic architect role for least 3 years and lead to complete whole product life cycle Experiences in working with EE/IoT design house and manufactory suppliers to complete product development Demonstrated leadership in driving projects deliverables by working closely with a multi-national team and the suppliers. Good communication with fluent spoken and written English. PREFERRED Experiences in Robotic, IoT systems are preferred Good knowledge in project management, particularly in risk assessment and mitigation, engineering build planning Good understanding on the Quality methodology particularly in Development Quality – such as DFMEA, CTQ flow down, DoE, 8D. Preferred having DFSS track records.
