Team Leader, Workplace Planning and Advice

The Team Leader is a key member of the Workplace Planning & Advice (WPA) business group providing leadership to a team of licensed Workplace Planning Consultants. Their primary responsibility is to lead, coach, and develop their team in order to drive exceptional customer experiences and build lifetime relationships with our customers through financial planning and investment guidance.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a service or sales business
  • FINRA Series 7, 66
  • FINRA Series 9/10 licenses strongly preferred or able to obtain upon hire
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

The Purpose of Your Role

The Team Leader provides oversight and leadership to their team, as well as, thought leadership to the organization, help drive incremental value to our participants and the WPA organization. The right candidate will provide subject matter expertise to our strategy teams, as well as, local regional leadership and representation.

The base salary range for this position is $66,000-125,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
