Business Reform Lead Analyst – Senior

Pentagon, Arlington, VA  

Spectrum is currently seeking a Business Reform Analyst to serve as the Senior Business Reform expert at our customer site and support the Department of Navy’s Business Operations Service Support requirement.  

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to governance, program management, and planning  
• Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to business reform and organizational change management  
• Fifteen or more years of experience in business reform and/or organizational change management 
• Five or more years of professional experience working with DON, DoD, or similar-sized government agency  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) or more years of senior level experience in government or private industry, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 or more years of senior level experience  
• Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance
