SENIOR PRE-SALES MANAGER, BA LAUNDRY, APAC

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Designing Smart Laundry Spaces

- Collaborate with clients and partners to understand their operational needs and translate them into efficient laundry layouts.

- Use tools like AutoCAD and Revit (nice to have) to create detailed, MEP-ready designs that reflect Electrolux’s high standards of ergonomics, hygiene, and sustainability.

- Maintain and evolve our digital design library to support consultants and planners across the region.

2. Being the Technical Voice of Electrolux

- Support the sales team with technical insights, equipment sizing, and solution recommendations.

- Present our value proposition in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Benchmark our solutions against competitors and clearly articulate why Electrolux is the smarter choice.

3. Building Relationships That Last

- Act as a trusted advisor to consultants, architects, and key accounts—helping them navigate complex projects with confidence.

- Provide training and technical onboarding for new partners and internal teams.

- Stay close to the market to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

Qualifications

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE


 

- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.

- Experience: At least 3 years in a technical sales, pre-sales, or engineering support role—ideally in commercial        laundry, foodservice, or building systems.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (nice to have).

- Strong understanding of laundry workflows, equipment sizing, and MEP coordination.



- Soft Skills:

  Clear communicator with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.

  Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced environment.



- Languages: Fluent in English; other APAC languages are a plus.
