Position Title: Senior Director of International Sales
Position Overview:
In this role, the Senior Director of International Sales will lead global distributor expansion across our portfolio of health and wellness brands. This leader will scale international revenue by building high-performing distributor relationships, opening new markets, and executing disciplined sales strategies.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Growve’s international sales strategy across priority regions.
- Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage international distributors.
- Build market entry plans including pricing, regulatory readiness, and channel strategy.
- Drive revenue growth through distributor performance management and expansion plans.
- Coordinate with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Lead distributor training, product launches, and promotional planning.
- Track sales KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Represent Growve at international trade shows and partner meetings.
- Travel internationally to support distributor relationships and growth initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in nutritional supplements or health/wellness CPG.
- Demonstrated success building international distributor networks.
- Experience scaling international revenue across multiple markets.
- Strategic planning ability with strong tactical execution.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with regulatory and supply chain teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Fluency in a second language strongly preferred.
