Technical Support Representative (f/m/d)

What to expect:

The Technical Support Representative demonstrates excellent service and support to customers (internal as well as external). 

• Communicating with customers via email, online chat and phone to assist with selecting more suitable products for their designs, providing quality technical assistance and helping with purchasing decisions
• Attending and contributing to supplier and company meetings
• Using resources to effectively provide customers with the best component selection for their application
• Offering associated items, processing and following-up on quotes
• Ensuring quality standards are met by providing exceptional customer service
• Reviewing and clarifying data, resolving discrepancies and assisting with claims
• Meeting productivity goals and timelines

 

What we are looking for:

• Technical degree in electronic engineering or technology and minimum one year of experience in electronic product design or design support or application support or equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Desire and ability to interact with customers and carry out correspondences in a professional and courteous manner (both internal and external customers )
• Ability to provide excellent service across the international Customer Service Teams
• Profound Excel skills, experience in the Microsoft Windows environment
