Qualifications:

1. Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
2. Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance.
3. Black Seal License within one year of hire date.
4. Experience in electrical, plumbing and carpentry
5. Experience with snow removal machinery.
6. Knowledge of Heating and Ventilation (HVAC)
7. Good physical health and ability to perform assigned tasks.
8. High School Diploma
9. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
