Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients based on individual physical therapy needs
Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians
Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition
Ensure high-quality care while following safety protocols and attendance standards
What You Need to Succeed:
Valid NJ Physical Therapy License
2-3 years of clinical or community experience preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $80,000 to USD $135,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
