    Position:  Special Education Teacher 

    Program/Department: Special Education (Preschool/Primary Learning Center)

    Position Length: Full time following the 2024-2025 academic calendar

    Salary range:  Per CES/CESEA contract

    Start Date: 8/20/2024

    Closing date of applications:  Open until filled

    Special Education Teacher needed to work in a regional special education program with preschool and elementary aged children with Autism and other Pervasive Developmental Disabilities. Work with well-trained teams in a positive teaching environment. Extensive staff development and teacher support provided.

    Qualifications: CT Certification (165) required. Candidates must have a degree in special education and be eligible for/hold State of Connecticut teaching certificate required for the position.  Candidates with previous teaching experience and a MS/MA in the discipline/field are preferred.  See attached job description.
