FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

As a Business Development and Partnerships Field Operations Supervisor, you will support the Business Development & Partnerships team by ensuring the timely and consistent delivery of core services to our business partners.

  • Manage and supervise regional Field Op Reps across the US.
  • Liaison between Partners and Commissary from an operational perspective to ensure all marketing and merchandising standards are adhered to.
  • Mentor, train, and develop the team to become proficient in their region to provide in-depth analysis and insight.
  • Assist in the completion and delivery of new product listing documents, maintain product data, update pricing, and handle ad hoc tasks. 
  • Act as the primary liaison for all third-party online ordering platforms (Uber Eats, Skip The Dishes, DoorDash, etc.), ensuring accurate representation of online product data.
  • Support the development of business plans and facilitate routine and ad-hoc business development meetings and reports to meet company objectives.
  • Maintain and strengthen business relationships with counterparts across all partner channels.
  • Oversee and conduct new warehouse orientations for Costco locations.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with warehouse managers and receiving teams at each retail partner location, serving as the company's primary liaison.
  • Perform regular site visits to Costco locations to ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any quality concerns at retail locations promptly.
  • Complete and submit detailed field operations reports for each visit.
  • Coordinate with locations to resolve delayed deliveries.
  • Collect, analyze, and generate reports and insights based on sales data for all customers to provide insights during daily onsite meetings.
  • Support the Account Management and Business Development teams in various operational capacities.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and submission of daily orders.
  • Lead all Demo interactions with Partners and provide ad hoc analysis accordingly.


Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a related role or industry preferred. 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel and reports. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects within assigned deadlines. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. 
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to work as part of a team; possesses a solution-oriented and positive attitude.
