Service Consultant Trainee

We will teach you the ins and outs of the Service Consultant role, including:
- Greeting guests and determining their needs using the Winner’s Edge Service Process
- Writing Repair Orders
- Coordinating check in and delivery processes
- Contacting guests regarding the status of their vehicles
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 1-year previous customer service, retail, or sales experience with a strong desire to grow a career in the Automotive Industry
- Availability to work during Service Department hours
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests in a professional and approachable manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high energy environment while sustaining a high level of professionalism
- Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
- Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates
