About this Position
We’re looking for a Market Strategy Jr Manager to join our LATAM Marketing & Strategy team. In this role, you will be working cross-functionally to shape market strategies that drive growth and innovation. You will be leading key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution across the region.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of global vision and regional execution—partnering closely with Country Sales Heads, Application Engineers, Product & Development Managers, and Leadership Team members to unlock market
potential and deliver impactful results.
What you´ll do
- Lead and execute regional market strategy to support business growth and achieve financial targets
- Identify growth opportunities and translate market and customers insights into actionable initiatives that empower Sales teams to win new customers and expand market share
- Drive marketing initiatives and guide content development for customer activation campaigns
- Ensure market landscaping and competitive landscape to guide strategic discussions
- Map segment needs and collaborate with Product Managers to shape portfolio strategy
What makes you a good fit
- Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in commercial roles (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management). Experience in strategy roles is a plus
• Proven ability to define and execute strategic priorities in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with sustainability trends and customer expectations in Automotive sector is also a plus
