About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead consumer marketing and demand generation for our independent travel advisors and agency owners, focused on our WorldVia Travel Agency brand on WorldVia.com.
This role is based at our Roswell, Georgia headquarters and is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for our network.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage lead generation campaigns across social media, email, PPC, SEO, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to drive consumer inquiries to our independent advisors.
- Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel consumer campaigns that increase awareness, site traffic, and MQLs for WorldVia Travel on WorldVia.com.
- Partner with product, technology, and partner relations teams to align messaging, promotions, and advisor visibility on the platform.
- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards, reporting on channel KPIs, cost per lead, conversion rates, and MQL volume.
- Own the consumer social media calendar and day-to-day publishing, engagement, and community-building across key platforms.
- Develop and optimize email marketing programs, including newsletters, nurture journeys, and triggered campaigns to move prospects from interest to inquiry.
- Create landing pages, on-site content, and SEO/AEO strategy to improve organic visibility and conversion.
- Test and iterate creative, messaging, and audiences for paid media campaigns to improve ROI.
- Stay current on travel and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to strengthen performance.
