Account Management (Service):
Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and address concernsDevelop tailored solutions by understanding clients' unique needs and business objectives.Implement comprehensive account strategies that drive retention, loyalty, and overall client satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and support for client inquiries.
Relationship Management (Farming):
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.Foster strong communication channels to ensure clients feel valued and informed about GTN's offerings and market developments.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value.Develop and execute strategies for expanding the depth and breadth of existing client relationships.
Client Acquisition & Business Development (Hunting):
Identify and acquire new institutional clients, including B2B and B2B2C opportunities, to drive overall growth.Promote GTN’s Global Trading Network and Digital Wealth Management platform to targeted regional clients.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand GTN’s client base in Hong Kong and North Asia.
Sales Cycle & Revenue Generation:
Manage the end-to-end sales process for new clients, from lead generation to contract finalization, while ensuring alignment with account management initiatives.Work closely with pre-sales and implementation teams to secure seamless onboarding experience for new clients.Achieve and exceed revenue targets through a combination of strong account management and new business development strategies.
Marketing and Event Organization:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.Organize and participate in industry events, seminars, and webinars to boost GTN’s presence in the marketCoordinate client-focused events to reinforce relationships and showcase GTN's offerings.Develop marketing materials and presentations tailored to client needs and market trends
