Smile Station Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our award-winning pediatric dental team. We provide gentle, fun, and family-focused dental care for children of all ages—from infants to teens—and strive to create a comfortable environment where kids can learn healthy habits and enjoy their dental visits.

Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet patients and families warmly, providing a welcoming first impression 
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow, including confirmations and follow-ups 
  • Coordinate treatment plans, insurance verification, and financial arrangements 
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation 
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service to patients and families 
  • Support a smooth and efficient front office, ensuring families feel informed and cared for 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment 
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional care
