The Training Coordinator is responsible for learning ComplianceQuest (CQ) solutions, designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs for employees, consultants, partners, and customer admins. They will be assigned as the subject matter expert (SME) for one or more CQ modules, ensuring learners gain the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use and support the CQ solution.
Responsibilities and Duties
Design and develop training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Conduct virtual training sessions for customers and employees
Partner with the product management team to stay current on solution updates
Work with the project implementation team to specifically tailor training materials and content in line with the client’s configured solutions
Maintain current on all assigned internal company's training
Comply with all internal company's Quality and Information Security requirements
Qualifications
Experience
Familiarity with Instructional Design and E-Learning development
Hands-on experience creating and implementing effective training solutions
Track record of developing engaging learning content and leading training sessions
Experienced in end-to-end training lifecycle: design, development, and delivery
Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Good collaboration and teamwork skills
Requirements
2+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), E-Learning tools, and virtual training platforms
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems especially in Life Science or highly-regulated industries preferred
Knowledge of ISO 13485, cGMP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, preferred
Experience with Salesforce, preferred
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Experience may be considered in lieu of education
