What You’ll Do

  • Execute oil intake and sample prep with speed, accuracy, and creative problem-solving to meet and exceed quality standards.
  • Drive product excellence by assisting in large-scale blending, flavoring, and infusions while proactively identifying ways to optimize workflows.
  • Support R&D breakthroughs and experimental projects to deepen product knowledge and fuel the cannabis revolution.
  • Master advanced equipment like rotary evaporators for ethanol reclamation and maintain a pristine, safe workspace.
  • Embrace flexibility in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new tech, R&D requests, and evolving processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; extra credit for college coursework in chemistry, biology, or pharmaceutical sciences.  At least 1 year of lab experience. 
  • Familiarity with lab techniques or a basic understanding of cannabis extracts—but we're open to eager learners with a hunger for improvement.
  • Strong communication, a safety-first mindset for handling solvents, and collaboration on innovative lab solutions.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the grit to maintain precision in high-speed, repetitive record-keeping tasks.
  • Flexibility for varying shifts and evolving roles in a scaling company.

Physical Stuff

  • Good manual dexterity and patience for handling glass jars and precise sample preparations.
  • Ability to learn and use complex lab machinery and specialized hand tools.
  • Capable of bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in environments with variable temperatures and handling materials over 180°F.
