    Forest Lake Area Schools is hiring a High School Business and Marketing teacher for the 26/27 SY.

     

    POSITION:Business and Marketing Teacher- 1.0 FTE
    LOCATION:Forest Lake Area High School
    STARTING SALARY FOR 1.0 FTE BA - MA+40 / PAY RANGE:$47,806 - $86,346/yr (Licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement/Prorated for FTE)

    Job Description:

    Forest Lake Area Schools is seeking a Business & Marketing Teacher for the upcoming school year. The program serves students in grades 9-12 at the High School. The teaching assignment for this position may include courses such as Business Information Systems, Principles of Marketing, Business Leadership, Business & Personal Law, Accounting, Business Computer Applications, and Web Design & Social Media Marketing. The Business & Marketing program offers students a variety of concurrent enrollment and certification opportunities. The teacher will also have the opportunity to assist with the school's successful DECA program. Candidates are required to hold or be eligible to hold a current Business license (function code 140050, 140100, or equivalent) in Minnesota.

     

    Qualifications:

    Minnesota 5-12 Business or Accounting licensure required.
