We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive to support one of our key retail businesses. This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the business—from product development through delivery—while working closely with cross-functional teams both domestically and overseas.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Support the day-to-day management of a key account, assisting with communication, timelines, and deliverables
- Partner with internal teams across design, merchandising, product development, production, and operations to support execution
- Assist in product development from concept through delivery to help ensure on-time and on-target results
- Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations to support business growth
- Track weekly sales and performance reporting, supporting analysis and insights
- Conduct market and competitive research to support trend analysis and business strategy
- Assist in managing product approvals across fit, construction, trims, and color execution
- Coordinate with overseas partners on costing, production timelines, and delivery schedules
- Support troubleshooting of order, production, and logistics-related issues
- Maintain organized and accurate records, including order books, sample tracking, and production status
- Assist in preparing for key meetings, market appointments, and showroom presentations
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, merchandising, or a related role (apparel preferred)
- Experience supporting major retail accounts; familiarity with Walmart is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Miro and Airtable is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable next steps
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
