We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive to support one of our key retail businesses. This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the business—from product development through delivery—while working closely with cross-functional teams both domestically and overseas.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day management of a key account, assisting with communication, timelines, and deliverables
  • Partner with internal teams across design, merchandising, product development, production, and operations to support execution
  • Assist in product development from concept through delivery to help ensure on-time and on-target results
  • Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations to support business growth
  • Track weekly sales and performance reporting, supporting analysis and insights
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support trend analysis and business strategy
  • Assist in managing product approvals across fit, construction, trims, and color execution
  • Coordinate with overseas partners on costing, production timelines, and delivery schedules
  • Support troubleshooting of order, production, and logistics-related issues
  • Maintain organized and accurate records, including order books, sample tracking, and production status
  • Assist in preparing for key meetings, market appointments, and showroom presentations

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, merchandising, or a related role (apparel preferred)
  • Experience supporting major retail accounts; familiarity with Walmart is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with Miro and Airtable is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable next steps
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
