You’ll play a critical role in driving client success, uncovering growth opportunities, and shaping long-term partnerships.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of high-value clients – focused on outcomes, not just check-ins.

  • Own and grow relationships across multiple CeriFi brands and verticals
  • Build trust with key decision-makers to drive long-term loyalty
  • Gain key development in your professional journey while having a great time doing it
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through consultative conversations
  • Work directly with solutions that have a strong market need
  • Align client goals with tailored solutions that drive impact
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless services and support
Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

We’re looking for someone who knows how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution – someone who leads with integrity, accountability, listens actively, and drives results. 

  • 3+ years of B2B account management or client success experience
  • Experience working with mid-market clients (bonus points for edtech or financial services)
  • Proven success in growing accounts and hitting targets
  • Clear communicator and confident presenter
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree required
