• Prepares financial reports and invoices on assigned restricted funds
• Provides financial oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with federal and state regulation
• Analyzes new grant and contract agreements for reporting information and restrictions
• Monitors all expenditures made to assigned restricted funds to ensure compliance with federal and state regulation as well as institutional policy
• Monitor cost sharing commitments
• Conducts award closeout procedures in a timely manner
• Provides new Principal Investigator training and conducts meetings with faculty, staff, and other grant personnel to ensure timely and appropriate award spending
• Maintains positive relationships with faculty and staff in assigned colleges
• Communicates with sponsors and other external stakeholders regarding the implementation of grant programs
• Other duties as assigned
