About the role

The role translates Operations priorities into measurable KPIs and reliable insights by working closely with functional leadership, Business Process Owners, the Group Analytics team, and relevant domain teams. A key focus is ensuring that required data and master data are defined, governed, and available so performance can be measured consistently across regions, suppliers, and processes.

The Business Data Analyst supports operational execution, cost control, and continuous improvement by providing transparency on performance drivers and enabling fact-based decision-making.

Initial focus will be on Supply Chain & Procurement, with a potential scope expansion into Operations and Quality.

Master data, data quality & readiness

  • Ensure supply chain and procurement–relevant master data (e.g. suppliers, materials, pricing conditions, lead times, planning parameters, contracts) enables reliable measurement

  • Identify and drive resolution of data quality issues impacting KPIs and performance transparency

  • Support and validate data readiness during system changes, including data migration, testing, and deployment activities

Data guidance & functional expertise

  • Act as the primary point of contact within Supply Chain & Procurement for data, KPIs, and performance reporting

  • Support managers and teams in understanding metric logic, data limitations, and performance drivers

What you bring
