YOUR TASKS

• 1.
  Analyzing customer test requirements, create and evaluate test specification.
  分析客户的测试需求，制定和评估测试标准。
• 2. Create and manage the validation test documentation according to customer
  & internal requirements
  根据客户与内部要求，创建和管理相关的测试文档
• 3. Create test plan according to project and customer requirement.
  结合项目和客户的需求，制定实验项目测试计划
• 4. Performing the tests as planned. Test failure analysis and report, report
  for test result.
  根据项目计划完成测试，分析失效原因，并编写相应的失效报告，测试报告
• 5. Arrange the test resource and align project related case with project team.
  产品测试资源协调与沟通，项目团队间合作与沟通。
• 6. Coordination with project manager and development team.
  项目经理及开发团队的合作
• 7. Other task assigned by Department Manager
  部门经理安排的其他工作

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree related Mechanical and Electronics Engineering
  机械或电子相关专业本科学历及以上
•  5 years of experience in Sensor or Electronics testing activity.
  五年以上电子或者传感器产品测试经验
• Experienced with testing: customer requirements, testing strategy, testing documentation,
  深度理解测试：客户需求，测试策略，测试文档
•  Basic knowledge of automotive product development process, experienced with development product validation process.
  对汽车产品开发流程有一定的了解，熟悉产品的开发验证流程。
• Fluent English, both oral and written. Capable to communicate in English with globule colleagues with daily work.
  英语听说读写熟练， 能用英语和国外的同事进行工作交流。
•  Good to be familiar with OEM validation standards, international test norms and ISO 17025
  熟悉主机厂测试标准和国际通用测试规范和 ISO 17025 实验室管理体系的优先考虑。
