At Protocase, your ideas don’t just matter—they shape our future. We operate in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment where every voice contributes to real impact.

Sound like something you want to help build?

About the Opportunity

Protocase operates on a High Velocity Mass Customization (HVMC) model—producing fully custom products at production speed.

This requires leaders who:

  • Move fast
  • Hold standards without compromise
  • Build teams that execute consistently in a high-mix, high-complexity environment

This role exists for one core purpose:
to own the culture, capability, and results of your team.

This is not task management—it’s about building high-performance teams through:

  • Continuous training
  • Clear expectations
  • Consistent people development

What You’ll Be Accountable For

Every operational leader at Protocase is responsible for:

Owning Team Culture & Development
Build and sustain a high-performance team through training, clear expectations, and direct feedback. Develop people into their next level.

Driving Results Through Standards
Own KPIs and deliver consistent results. Enforce procedures and lead daily execution. The standard is the standard—every shift, every day.

Building & Improving Systems
Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements. If it only works when you’re there, it’s not a system.

Executing PTA (Procedure, Training, Audit)
Ensure processes are documented, trained, and audited. Close gaps proactively.

Communicating with Radical Transparency
Report reality as it is. Raise issues early. Give and receive direct, constructive feedback.
