Job Description
Handle equipment failures or machinery issues and strive to resolve them to the customer's full satisfaction.
Provide equipment maintenance services in accordance with customer service agreements or sales contracts.
Collaborate with the business to achieve annual performance growth.
Actively promote and "sell" service agreements and spare parts.
Proactively seek on-site service opportunities to not only boost service sales but also increase time utilization.
Build strong customer relationships to expand our existing equipment and service business.
Strictly adhere to the company's policies regarding personal and machinery safety.
Maintain and update all records related to customer equipment.
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in Electrical Automation/Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with at least 3 years of work experience.
Electrical/Automation Engineer with extensive hands-on experience and capability in on-site machinery installation and maintenance.
Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Good understanding of packaging material applications and equipment.
Ability to work independently at customer sites.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
