Our Annual Meeting is one of the largest medical gatherings in the U.S., drawing attendees from around the globe.


Position Summary

The Member Operations Analyst ensures operational excellence across the Member/Customer Experience team by managing product inventory processes, driving departmental workflow optimization, and maintaining the systems infrastructure that supports member service delivery.

This role serves as the primary contact for external fulfillment vendors, as well as internal product and marketing teams on inventory matters. The Operations Analyst also acts as the department’s primary liaison with IT, identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality, and contributes to core member support functions as needed.




Hybrid Work

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days per week at our San Francisco headquarters.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $89,832
