What we are looking for:


We are looking for someone who is tenacious and passionate, with the ability to connect with those they meet and build meaningful and productive working relationships. We are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and life skills for our young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being underpins every decision we make.  Applicants must have:
  • Experience of supervising staff in a care role
  • Experience in children's residential care as a Senior
  • Evidence of excellent organisational skills
  • Experience of managing staff rotas
  • A Level 3/4 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent)
  • A full, UK driving licence
  • Applicants must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations

  •  The salary is between £34,000–£39,000, plus sleep-ins paid at £60 each. On average, you will complete 8 sleep-ins per month. Salary is dependent on qualifications
