PROJECT OVERVIEW

The DLIR Unemployment Insurance Division is in the process of upgrading their statewide Unemployment Insurance system. The Unemployment Insurance Modernization project has expanded to incorporate new requirements resulting in the need for additional project resources.

This Statement of Work (SOW) issued by the DLIR describes the roles expected to be achieved regarding external service requirements.

Project Testing Services - Sr. Test Lead 

• The Test Lead must have experience with ERP system implementations with Fortune 500 companies. 
• The Test Lead must have the capability to create well-structured, comprehensive test plans & scripts in addition to documenting test procedures and identifying defects that will results in meeting quality standards. 
• The Test Lead must understand the capabilities of technical and analytical tools relevant to applicable systems to strategize and implement best solutions for the business. 
• The Test Lead will lead all aspects of testing, planning, staff oversight, strong communications, oversight of vendor testing, reporting etc. 
• The Team Lead must have proven, strong communication and coordination skills in high visibility setup working with customers, vendors, and partners. 
• The Team Lead must have demonstrated experience in lead functional testing, integration tests, regression testing, and end-to-end testing. 
• The Team Lead must have proven knowledge in Test Plan creation, Test Case Design, Test case Review, Test Case Execution, execution of Test scripts, Testing tool usage, 
• The Team Lead will provide Defect management, Preparing Test reports, Collecting & analyzing test metrics. 
• The Test Lead will be responsible for developing a Testing Plan and organizing and controlling the Testing Process. 
• The Test Lead ensure visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software
• The Test Lead shall have at least 10 years of experience
• The Test Lead will review System Test, Integration Test and UAT cases/scripts and scenarios
• The Test Lead must provide examples from other clients of Test scripts and scenarios.
• The Test Lead will review testing results
• Coordinate testing activities with functional and technical leads
• Coordinate and manage UAT sessions
• UAT Logistics (scheduling, setup, physical space)
• Monitor the defects and assign them to resources as appropriate
• Manage defect resolution
• Manage the status of defects within project collaboration space
• Monitor and report on the status of testing events
• Assist and monitor execution of go-live checklists by team members
