First Impressions, S.C. is a multi-location pediatric dental practice with 11 state-of-the-art offices dedicated to providing comprehensive pediatric dental care. We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist (DDS / DMD) who is passionate about patient-centered care and wants to grow with a supportive, collaborative team.

This opportunity is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist looking for a long-term role with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and partnership potential.

Job Responsibilities

·         Provide pediatric dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special needs

·         Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency dental procedures

·         Create positive dental experiences in a child-friendly environment

·         Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care

·         Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

·         Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and support staff

·         Participate in continuing education and professional development

Requirements

Job Requirements

·         DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

·         Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency

·         Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry

·         Active or eligible dental license (state-specific)

·         Experience working with children and special-needs patients preferred

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills
