Quality of Care: Monitoring resident care standards, increased rehab outcomes while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and implementing best practices.
Business Strategy: Driving census growth, identifying market trends, and developing strategies to maintain profitability.
Regulatory Compliance: Overseeing therapy inspections, ensuring adherence to healthcare laws, and addressing any deficiencies.
Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring a strong return on investment.
Travel & Engagement: Visiting facilities regularly to provide hands-on leadership, education, guidance and support.
