- Answer the telephone in a pleasant and business-like manner. Assure that all telephone messages are properly recorded and communicated to the appropriate staff person(s). Ascertain that all long-distance calls are recorded and delivered to the appropriate staff person(s).
- Scheduling clients for bed dates across all Mirror residential treatment programs.
- Proactively ensuring that bed utilization remains optimal and waitlist times are minimized.
- Provide information to clients about the treatment milieus, programs, and expectations.
- Coordinate intakes with all residential facilities.
- Work collaboratively with facility administrative assistants, directors, and clinical supervisors.
- Pre-screen clients for appropriateness for treatment.
- Coordinate any medical accommodation that may be necessary.
- Proactively assist clients with overcoming systemic and/or personal barriers to treatment entry.
- Work with the Utilization Review department to review insurance eligibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Treatment Services.
