This job is a fast paced job inside of the Casino Pier Arcade that requires a lot of one on one communication with guest on a daily basis. You will be responsible for accounting for different tickets and tokens in the Arcade, as well as redeeming customers’ tickets and tokens for Arcade prizes. 

Requirements

  • An arcade redemption attendant will be in a fast paced one on one communication and interaction with customers.
  • Basic math skills are required for currency exchange.
  • An arcade redemption attendant is required to learn and understand the point of sale system, which is used for tracking cards, credits and redemption.
  • You must learn all of the different tickets and tokens used in the Arcade and be able to identify them.
  • The employee must be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of all the merchandise at the redemption counter.
  • Be responsible for the redemption of the customers’ coupons, tickets and tokens for merchandise/prizes.
  • An employee will be responsible for locating merchandise in the stockroom and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the prizes in the stock area.


Work Environment:

This job requires employees to work indoors and outdoors and they will be exposed to different noise levels throughout the day.

Physical Demands:

  • An employee will occasionally be receiving incoming stock, Common Carrier, UPS, FedEx unloading and distribution (25-30 lbs) – walking up and down stairs will be involved.
  • Employees will be required to stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours) and will be required to walk up and down stairs throughout their shift.
  • Specific vision abilities will be required for this job and they include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
