• This role is for Candidates in the Scottsdale, AZ area


• You must speak, read, and write BOTH English and Spanish - there will be an assessement


• This is a structured virtual call center position. Although the role is remote, employees are expected to treat it as an on-site workday, remaining fully focused throughout their scheduled shift except for assigned breaks. This is not a flexible role that allows for managing personal or household tasks during work hours.


• We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused bilingual representatives to make outbound calls to schedule medical appointments. This is a remote call-center role supporting Medicare and Medicaid members.


• Job duties consist of meeting and exceeding daily appointment setting goals.

 

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls using an auto-dialer


• Explain and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations


• Follow provided call scripts and answer member questions with care


• Meet daily call and appointment goals


• Update appointments and document interactions accurately


• Work respectfully with members, providers, and internal teams

 

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Spanish/English fluency


• Call center or phone-based experience preferred


• Comfortable using scripts and handling objections


• Strong communication and computer skills


• Reliable, focused, and goal-oriented

Technical Requirements

• Reliable internet (50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)


• Basic computer skills (Windows, browsers, multiple systems)

• Must be able to hardwire with an ethernet cable
