About the Position

As an Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships within our service organization, with a focus on developing new opportunities at existing customers, including government and defence sectors. You will also oversee and follow up on several key opportunities in target verticals, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Service Organization leadership. You will spend most of your time with the customers and part of your time in our Diegem Office.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s growth by strengthening customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of critical projects in the focus verticals. Your efforts will contribute to expanding Honeywell’s footprint in government, defense, and healthcare markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in government, defence, and healthcare sectors, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and expand Honeywell’s service offerings.
  • Oversee and follow up on hospital projects in Wallonia, coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for service innovation.

You must have

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in service organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of government and defence customer environments and experience managing projects within other settings, particularly multi-site customers.
  • Expertise in developing new business opportunities within existing accounts and delivering tailored service solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools to track customer engagement and project progress effectively.
  • Languages ? French and/or Dutch is a must, English as a working language.
