Luxor Healthcare is searching for a passionate and experienced LNHA Nursing Home Administrator to join our team! This is a full-time, exempt leadership opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, resident-centered skilled nursing facility.

Position Overview – LNHA Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, staff, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the nursing facility to ensure high-quality care

  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and long-term care regulations

  • Lead and support all departments, ensuring staff performance aligns with Luxor standards and healthcare best practices

  • Promote a positive and collaborative culture focused on resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence

  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed in accordance with SNF, Medicare/Medicaid, and company guidelines

LNHA Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensure: Must hold a current, unencumbered Nursing Facility Administrator’s License in the State of Missouri

  • Education: At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred emphasis in Healthcare Administration or related field); Master’s degree is preferred

  • Proven experience leading a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care facility

  • Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills with a deep understanding of nursing home regulations, compliance, and team development
