You will leverage best practices and a strong understanding of how your work integrates with cross-functional teams, while staying informed on market dynamics, competitors, and key differentiators.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor supplier performance, identify gaps, and drive improvement actions.
- Apply discipline expertise and analytical thinking to execute sourcing/procurement policies and strategies.
- Lead low-risk, low-resource procurement projects from planning through execution.
- Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and align on scope, timing, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal procedures.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks; develop options and recommend solutions for day-to-day issues.
- Prioritize and analyze data to support decisions, using multiple internal and limited external sources.
- Identify, screen, and evaluate potential suppliers based on capability, capacity, quality, and risk.
- Negotiate contracts and support contract development to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including handling sensitive issues when needed.
- Provide regular updates on procurement activities, supplier performance, and project status.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to support business objectives.

- May travel, up to 30%, if needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sourcing/ Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Sales, Supply Chain or Contract Management roles).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sourcing/ Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Sales, Supply Chain, or Contract Management roles
