Be responsible to design new production tooling and equipment or improve the existed, which can support the process engineers to quickly upgrade our production process.

- Design and develop dedicated production devices and equipment;
负责按照工艺要求开发和设计专用生产设备和装置； - Improve the existed production devices and equipment through modification design;
负责按照工艺要求对现有的设备和装置进行改造设计； - Design and improve production tooling and fixtures;
负责按照工艺要求设计生产过程中用到的工装和夹具； - Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效；

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Machine Design; 本科及以上学历，机械设计类专业；
- Design experience with mechanical and electrical machine;
机电产品设计经验； - Basic knowledge of electrical automation;
具备一定的电气自动化方面的知识； - Be able to independently finish the design of mechanical part of a whole machine (include hydraulic and pneumatic parts);
能够独立完成非标产品的机械结构和机械部件的设计（含液压和气动部分）； - Be able to independently finish drawings and BOM;
能够独立完成设计产品的工程图纸和物料清单的编制； - Be familiar with all kinds of standard components and properly apply them into design (Cylinders, valves, motors, bearings, guides and so on);
熟悉常见机械标准件并能够正确的选用（气缸、阀、马达、轴承、导轨等）； - Good practical ability (assembly and machine commission);
具有良好的动手能力（安装调试设备等）； - Be skilled with Auto CAD and Solidworks;
熟练应用CAD及solidworks等三维软件； - Independently and successfully developed and designed different kinds of automatic machines;
独立成功地设计过多种成套自动化工艺装备； - Project planning and execution;
