The primary responsibility of a Hotel Maintenance is to oversee the
maintenance and upkeep of the hotel property. This includes regularly scheduled
maintenance as well as addressing any issues reported to the maintenance
department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotel maintenance
and/or extensive work experience in a related industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Coordinate, organize,
and execute all work orders and repair requests
o Maintain maintenance
logs and schedule PM to be completed
o Be proactive in
addressing maintenance concerns
o Ensure all safety
standards are followed and the hotel always remains compliant
o Provide detailed cost
projections for maintenance projects
o Work with Hotel General
Manager to create maintenance budgets
o Maintain a professional
and pleasant demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers
REQUIREMENTS
o Experience in hotel or
related industry maintenance (Minimum 2 years)
o Valid driver’s license
o Must have a flexible
work schedule
o Outstanding attention to
detail and extremely organized
