At our community, our number one priority is our Residents.  We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to perform general routine maintenance, necessary repairs and apartment turns at our community. 

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Experience as a Maintenance Director required.  Experience in Senior Living a plus!
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience using hand and electrical tools; Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills while working individually
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Essential Functions & Requirements:

• Performs routine maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders proficiently and in a timely manner. 
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. 
• Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
